1. Pseudonymity & Web3 Identity

We believe you should have total control over how much of your real-world identity you reveal

• Your primary identity on FanCup is tied to your Solana wallet and your chosen username

• You can interact, earn, and trade without ever linking your personal government ID or sensitive real-life documentation

2. Data Ownership

Unlike legacy social networks, FanCup does not harvest your personal information to sell to third-party advertisers

• Your Content, Your Asset: Whether it's a post, an NFT, or a SubCup, you own the value you create

• No Selling Data: We do not trade your behavioral data. Our platform's economy is sustained by a transparent 80/20 Revenue Share model, not by exploiting your privacy

3. Secure Communications & Anti-Spam

We maintain a clean, high-quality social environment through a combination of manual verification and economic tools:

• Verified Environment: Because every user undergoes a manual review process during the Closed Beta, our ecosystem is inherently protected from bot-farms and mass-spam

• Free Peer-to-Peer Interaction: Standard messaging between verified users is completely free, encouraging genuine social connections within the platform

• Paid Access to Creators: The Paid DM feature is exclusively reserved for contacting SubCup owners (Node 0). This allows elite creators to filter high-value inquiries and manage their time effectively without being overwhelmed by unnecessary messages

4. On-Chain Transparency vs. Personal Privacy

While your financial transactions (like claiming rewards or trading tokens) are recorded on the Solana blockchain for transparency and trust, they are linked only to your wallet address, not your private personal details
